1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered in the following cases:

  • If the purchased service or software was not delivered as agreed.

  • If there are critical technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

  • If the project has not yet commenced and you choose to cancel before work starts.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation or service delivery.

  • Partial usage of the service or subscription.

  • Failure to provide required information, resources, or approvals on time.

  • Issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting, or infrastructure outside our control.

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@libkart.io with the reason for the refund.

  • Once the request is reviewed, we will inform you of the eligibility and the refund amount, if applicable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is partially completed, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, deducting costs for work already performed.
