1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are considered in the following cases:
If the purchased service or software was not delivered as agreed.
If there are critical technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
If the project has not yet commenced and you choose to cancel before work starts.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after project initiation or service delivery.
Partial usage of the service or subscription.
Failure to provide required information, resources, or approvals on time.
Issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting, or infrastructure outside our control.
3. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@libkart.io with the reason for the refund.
Once the request is reviewed, we will inform you of the eligibility and the refund amount, if applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
If a project is partially completed, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, deducting costs for work already performed.
